I would appreciate it if Spicer would publish a daily program of Trump's policy reversals. It's getting to be a challenge to keep track by reading articles listing them individually.

One, maybe two reversals would be understandable. When you reach a dozen it gives the impression that you may have been hustling your base.

Im sure the right can come up with a dozen or so obama changes of direction. Gay marriage. Iraq. ISIS. Health insurance, just to name a few. I think many are thinking this is a trump only issue. Its not. Its the norm.

Obama veered a little off coarse on some issues. Trump just does a one eighty and acts like that was his position all along. NATO is obsolete. No, wait, NATO is great!!. I can't think of a president that came close to this degree of "flexibility".

I think a lot of Trumps position changes are based on his inexperience in politics. To be expected. But I dont think its anything to be feared. He formed some stances as John Q Trump. He now sees things differently.

I agree, it seems silly to have laws if there is no intent of enforcement, but there are a lot of laws like that: only enforced on demand. If you don't dispute your neighbor's fence placement, the law isn't going to step in and fix it.

C767f03aeb282b9660d8157840047228

Criminal issues are different of course, but is this the realm of criminal law? Well, kind of, but not really, it's a bit gray. So, if someone is presently overstaying and is caught breaking a law, it's much simpler.

Dr. Evil @ 4 months ago

C767f03aeb282b9660d8157840047228
